Las Arenas is one of nine Parish in Cabrales, a municipality within the province and autonomous community of Asturias, in northern Spain.

It lies at the confluence of the bubbling Ríos Cares and Casaño, 30km east of Cangas de Onís. The busy main road is lined with hotels, restaurants and bars, and just off it is a little tangle of quiet squares and back lanes. Arenas is a popular base for walking the spectacular Garganta del Cares gorge.
