Engolasters is a village located in the parish of Escaldes-Engordany, 2km east of the capital Andorra la Vella.
There are two routes to the reservoir. The route from Encamp is only for walkers and cyclists but it is possible to drive up from Escaldes and visit the Romanesque church of St Michael as well as the very pleasant cafe/bar.
