Lipno nad Vltavou is a village located in the Cesky Krumlov District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

A popular summer resort, it is located along the Vltava River next to the Lipno Dam.

The village hosted the 1967 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships.
