Pruhonice is a municipality and village in Prague-West District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 2,900 inhabitants.

Pruhonice Castle Park is one of the most significant castle parks in the Czech Republic. Since 2010 it has a status of National cultural monument. Later in 2010 it also has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites (as a part of Historic Centre of Prague).
