Noja is a municipality located in the autonomous community of Cantabria, Spain. It has 2 beaches, "Trengandin" and "Ris".

It is located in the Trasmiera region. It limits to the north with the Cantabrian Sea, to the west and south with Arnuero, to the south with Argoños and to the east with Santoña. It is located 43 kilometers from Santander, the regional capital. The municipality is not organized in localities but in several neighborhoods, with the Palacio neighborhood being the seat of the council. Its population is 2587 inhabitants in 2015.
